These Terms of Use govern your access to and use of CollectionClarity.com and the services provided by Collection Clarity. By accessing the website or submitting a collection for evaluation, you agree to these Terms.

If you do not agree to these Terms, please do not use the website or services.

About Collection Clarity

Collection Clarity provides informational estimates and analysis intended to help collection owners better understand their coins, currency, collectibles, and related material.

Our services may include collection identification, estimated value ranges, information about potential value drivers, items that may warrant additional review, and guidance about possible next steps.

Collection Clarity is designed to provide a useful starting point for understanding a collection. It is not a substitute for an in-person examination when one is necessary.

Estimates Are Not Formal Appraisals

Collection Clarity estimates are provided for informational purposes only and are not certified or formal appraisals.

Estimates are generally based on photographs, information supplied by the user, available market information, and other evidence reasonably available at the time of evaluation.

Because Collection Clarity does not physically inspect submitted items, we may not be able to confirm characteristics that can materially affect value, including authenticity, exact grade or condition, varieties, mintmarks, composition, alterations, damage, cleaning, or other details.

Our estimates should not be used for insurance, tax, estate, legal, lending, or other purposes that require a qualified or formal appraisal.

No Guarantee of Value or Sale Price

All values provided by Collection Clarity are estimates.

Collectible markets can change, and actual selling prices can vary based on condition, authenticity, timing, selling venue, buyer demand, fees, commissions, shipping costs, and other factors.

An estimated market value is not a guarantee that an item or collection can be sold for that amount.

A dealer offer, auction result, private sale, or other transaction may be higher or lower than a Collection Clarity estimate.

Accuracy and Limitations

We make reasonable efforts to provide useful, evidence-based information, but we cannot guarantee that every item will be identified or valued correctly.

The quality and completeness of an estimate depend in part on the photographs and information provided.

Items may be partially hidden, photographed more than once, incorrectly described, difficult to identify, or impossible to evaluate confidently from photographs alone.

When uncertainty exists, Collection Clarity may use conservative assumptions, provide a range, identify an item as unresolved, or recommend additional photographs, research, or professional examination.

Your Submissions

By submitting photographs or other information to Collection Clarity, you represent that:

• You have the right to submit the photographs and information.

• The information you provide is accurate to the best of your knowledge.

• Your submission does not violate the rights of another person or applicable law.

• You will not knowingly submit malicious, fraudulent, unlawful, or harmful content.

You retain ownership of photographs and other original content you submit.

You grant Collection Clarity permission to use, process, reproduce, and analyze submitted content as reasonably necessary to provide and improve our services, subject to our Privacy Policy.

Decisions About Your Collection

Collection Clarity may provide general guidance about possible next steps, including additional research, professional grading, selling through a dealer, auction, consignment, private sale, or other options.

This guidance is informational and does not guarantee that any particular option will produce a specific financial result.

You remain responsible for decisions regarding your collection, including whether to sell, retain, grade, insure, transport, clean, alter, or otherwise handle any item.

Dealers, Auction Houses, and Other Third Parties

Collection Clarity may provide information about or links to dealers, auction houses, grading companies, marketplaces, or other third-party services.

In some cases, Collection Clarity may receive compensation for an authorized referral, introduction, or other commercial relationship. When a material financial relationship exists and is relevant to a recommendation or referral, we will disclose it.

Federal guidance requires material connections associated with endorsements or recommendations to be disclosed clearly when consumers would not otherwise expect them.

Unless expressly stated otherwise, third parties operate independently from Collection Clarity. We do not control and are not responsible for their services, offers, fees, transactions, policies, representations, or actions.

You are responsible for evaluating any third party before entering into a transaction.

Purchase Offers

Collection Clarity may, now or in the future, offer to purchase certain items or collections.

Any purchase offer would be separate from the informational collection estimate. You are under no obligation to accept an offer or sell your collection to Collection Clarity or any other party.

Where appropriate, any financial interest Collection Clarity has in a subsequent transaction will be disclosed.

Third-Party Market Information

Collection Clarity may use information from marketplaces, auction results, price guides, precious-metal markets, dealers, or other third-party sources when preparing estimates.

We do not control third-party information and cannot guarantee that it is complete, current, or error-free.

References to third-party sales or market information do not guarantee that your items will achieve similar results.

Acceptable Use

You may not use Collection Clarity to:

• Violate any applicable law or regulation

• Infringe another person's intellectual property or privacy rights

• Submit fraudulent, deceptive, malicious, or unlawful material

• Attempt to interfere with or compromise the security or operation of the website

• Attempt to gain unauthorized access to our systems or data

• Use automated systems to scrape, copy, extract, or excessively access the service without permission

• Reverse engineer or misuse Collection Clarity's technology or services

We may restrict or terminate access when we reasonably believe the service is being misused.

Intellectual Property

You may not reproduce or commercially exploit Collection Clarity's website, software, methodology, or other proprietary materials without permission.

Availability of the Service

We may modify, suspend, discontinue, or add to Collection Clarity's website, features, or services at any time.

We do not guarantee that the website or any particular feature will always be available, uninterrupted, secure, or error-free.

Disclaimer of Warranties

To the extent permitted by applicable law, Collection Clarity and its services are provided “as is” and “as available.”

We disclaim warranties not expressly stated in these Terms, including implied warranties of merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, and non-infringement, to the extent permitted by law.

Nothing in these Terms excludes warranties or rights that cannot legally be excluded.

Limitation of Liability

To the extent permitted by applicable law, Collection Clarity will not be liable for indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising from your use of the website, an estimate, a report, third-party services, or decisions made based on information provided through Collection Clarity.

Nothing in these Terms limits liability that cannot legally be limited or excluded.

Your use of Collection Clarity is also subject to our Privacy Policy, which explains how we collect, use, and protect information.

Changes to These Terms

We may update these Terms as Collection Clarity evolves or as legal requirements change.
